Long sleeve shirt in a high density cotton, linen parachute cloth hand dyed with pigment from madder root, sourced from India and traditionally used in Japanese dyeing. The pigment is first boiled to deepen its colour, before the garment is repeatedly immersed and rinsed many times to achieve a vivid red hue known as Akane.
